How to Use?
15-20 minutes a day is all you need! Please do 5 sets of 10 reps with 30 second breaks between each set to ensure adequate rest between sets. Utilize a weight that is comfortable yet challenging. When a weight setting becomes easy enough, challenge yourself and move up! If your forearms become sore, rest for a day and try again. Consistency is key!
